Hi there! I'm Ayushi Jain, a 19-year old based out of New Delhi, India. At the moment, I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Design Communication at Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore. My love for graphic design grew out of the love I had for food. It hit me that my decisions while buying groceries with my mom were being heavily influenced by the design of the packaging. I started paying close attention to the menu designs when I went out to eat. I noticed things like the typography, the visuals and the color schemes. This opened up a whole new world for me that I didn't realize existed. I started to recognize and appreciate the concept of eating through your eyes a lot more. My passion for food also grew into an extraordinary love for food photography and food design. This kindled my decision to go ahead and pursue graphic design in college. My major interests lie in packaging design, branding, editorial content, illustrating, and photography. These days, you'll either catch me binge-watching my favorite animated movies or coiled up in a corner reading a Dan Brown. You can also fully expect to lose me to a well-laid-out magazine.
